To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJ Nolan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (ii) USD $100.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the courts located in Alexandria, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms expressly referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and GJ Nolan LLC concerning the Services.
